Do you provide turnkey (lock-and-key) interior design & fit-out in Velhe?

Yes. We handle design, approvals, structure, services, finishes and handover under a single contract, or take up only the civil package if you already have an architect.

Which approvals are needed for construction in Velhe?

Velhe falls in a sensitive hill or tourist zone, so expect local body sanction, possible eco-sensitive-zone clearances, tree and height rules. We prepare and follow up the paperwork for you.

How long does interior design & fit-out take?

Most residential projects take 8–14 months, industrial sheds 3–6 months and larger commercial buildings 12–24 months. In the hills we sequence structure before the monsoon to avoid delays.

Why choose PuneConstructions for interior design & fit-out near Velhe?

One contract, a BOQ-based price, documented quality control (cube tests, rebar checklists, ponding tests) and a defect liability period on every handover.
